I grew up in hustle and bustle of the east end of London and worked in the city - however I spent much of my time in a woodland area known as Wanstead just on the edge of Epping Forest - here I leant to appreciate nature. Some twelve years ago with my wife, we took the plunge and moved to a quiet village in the heart of the eastern forest areas of Suffolk. We still live there today with our two daughters, two Cats and two Border Terriers. Nature and Wildlife is my first love in photography and I prefer nothing more than spending time outdoors amongst nature. However, I also find many other outdoor subjects interesting and inspiring. As well as colour, I love to create images in monochrome. There is a certain freedom and licence if you will, to extend or exaggerate in order to portray mood, atmosphere and your own personal interpretation on the final image.

I have been published in magazines, supplying the pictures and writing the articles (for more see details in the latest section), which I am currently working on more.
